Product Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules define the product return process at Amona.eu, operated by UAB AMONA (reg. code 302653330, VAT No. LT100006294915, address: Telšių str. 5, Plungė, LT-90162, phone: +370 672 94272, email: info@amona.lt).
1.2. Prepared in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Articles 6.228(10)–6.228(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.3. Applicable to private individuals (consumers) purchasing goods for personal use.

2. Right of Return

2.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2.2. Notification must be sent by email to info@amona.lt, indicating the order number, product name, and reason for return.
2.3. The seller confirms receipt and provides return instructions.

3. Return Conditions

3.1. Returned goods must be:
  - unused, undamaged, and in original condition;
  - in original packaging;
  - with all accessories and documents.

3.2. This rule does not apply to defective products.
3.3. Return costs for non-defective goods are paid by the buyer.
3.4. Return costs for defective goods are covered by the seller.
3.5. Items can be returned by courier or delivered in person to: Telšių str. 5, Plungė, LT-90162.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days after confirmation of return.
4.2. Funds are transferred to the same account used for payment unless the buyer requests otherwise (e.g., store credit).

5. Product Replacement and Warranty

5.1. If the product has manufacturing defects, the buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
5.2. Defective goods are sent to the manufacturer or authorized service center for evaluation.
5.3. The seller covers all shipping costs in case of confirmed defect.

6. Non-Returnable Goods

Under Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  - custom-made products;
  - perishable goods;
  - sealed health or hygiene items unsealed after delivery;
  - goods mixed inseparably with others;
  - digital content supplied with prior consent to waive the right of withdrawal;
  - other cases provided by law.

7. Data Protection

Personal data are processed solely for the purpose of handling the return, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
